Bill Hoffman – 31 years industry experience
Bill has retail, distribution sales, distribution management and manufacturer VP of Sales experience. Prior to purchasing All Points, Inc in 2001, Bill was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Central Pet for a total of nine years. Bill is frequently a guest speaker at Pet Industry functions.
Tara Robertson - 10 years industry experience
Tara has experience as a manufacturers representative and takes pride in working with and understanding the needs of pet industry manufacturers, distributors, dealers and consumers. Tara’s primary accounts include; Petco, VSI, Lee Mar, Foster and Smith, Lemos Pet, Pet People and many other regional distributors and top pet dealers throughout the country. Tara is passionate about animal health and nutrition and is a part of many pet industry functions.
Our history and our team…
Bill Hoffman purchased All Points in 2001 from the former owner who had the business for eighteen years. At the time, Bill was employed as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Central Pet. Bill has over 31 years of experience in the Pet Industry including retail management, retail ownership, distributor sales rep, distributor management and manufacturer VP of Sales. In addition, All Points Marketing currently employees US sales manager, Tara Robertson, who has 10 years experience with All Points. David Reyna joined our team in 2010 with 3 years experience in the Pet Industry as a regional manager. All Points also employs’ four people located across the country known as the Product Education Team (P.E.T.). Casey Wendeborn joined All Points in 2009 with 11 years experience in the Animal Health and Pet industry. Tiffany Herriman, Lisa Laurence and Taleen Terjanian round out the team. Collectively they bring over 15 years experience in retail sales. This team of people works specifically for manufacturers contracted to provide dealers with specialized product training and merchandising support. They are more than a merchandiser and detailers; they work full time as professional trainers building brand awareness for selected pet products. The P.E.T. program is a separate part of our manufacturer agreement and is available as an additional service. All Points is growing and we are looking to hire more field people to cover regions wherever needed. We believe our primary role is to create sales solutions for our Pet Product manufacturers. We focus on being “influencers” to create enthusiasm and support of our brands within the distributor community and larger regional retailers. We focus our manpower on the 20% of the pet dealers that make up 80% of the sales volume.
