Who we are:
Bill Hoffman – President/CEO has 36+ years experience in the pet industry including retail ownership, distribution sales, and distribution management. Prior to purchasing All Points, Inc. in 2001, he was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Central Pet for nine years and is frequently a guest speaker at pet industry functions. Bill owes a sincere thanks to his early mentor and long time friend Doug Poindexter, President of the World Pet Association for hiring Bill back in 1982 as the fish room manager for Doug’s Animal House in southern California.
Carissa Zimmerman – Director of Operations joined the All Points Marketing family in 2014. Carissa has 6 years of operations and accounting experience. Her organizational skills and attention to detail continue to grow the internal structure of our company, while also providing additional support to the team and our partners. She is the loving owner of two of the sweetest dogs in the US.
Denver Oates – Regional Manager (Peachtree City, GA) joined the All Points family in February of 2015. Previously, he was a National Accounts Manager from October 2013 until January 2015 for a pet product manufacturer that All Points also represents. Before the pet business, Denver spent 37+ years in the international logistics industry. He loves animals and has had pets for most of his life. Now he uses this love for animals to grow the pet industry via All Points Marketing.
Alexis Luxon – Regional Manager (San Diego, CA) joined the All Points family in 2013. Alexis is new to the pet industry, but certainly not new to the world of marketing and brand development. Alexis came highly recommended by a close colleague from one of the largest national pet retail chains. Alexis has invested her time to learn about the unique qualities of the pet industry from everyone around her while bringing fresh ideas and perspective to the team every day.
John Zimmermann – Regional Manager (Gilbert, AZ) joined the All Points Marketing family in 2017. John has over 15 years of experience in client-facing and customer-centric roles. His focus has always been to maintain professional relationships along with providing a seamless experience for everyone he interacts with. His extensive background in helping others achieve their goals will bring great value to your team and ours.
Jeanna Johnson – Customer Service(Colorado Springs, CO) joined the All Points family in 2015 as a Customer Service Specialist. Jeanna has 20 years of customer service experience and has owned her own pet care business. She brings a passion for customer care and knowledge of the pet care industry into a high level of customer service that serves vendors, distributors, sales people, dealers and consumers.
Maddy Balmer – Creative Designer (Seattle, WA) joined the All Points family in 2017. Maddy graduated with a degree in Industrial Design in 2016 while working at a dog daycare and freelancing in product and graphic design. As a product designer, Maddy loves finding splendid solutions to complex challenges and is thrilled to contribute that passion to marketing and the pet industry. Her dog Max is mostly happy that she’ll be working from home.
Renee Garcia- Account Development Manager (Kensington, CT) joined the All Points family in 2017 but certainly not new to the Pet Industry. With her love of animals, Renee has been involved in many different fields within the industry including dog training, shelter work, pet sitting, dog walking and animal control. Her career continued when she moved out west and began working for a large distribution company in the pet industry, starting in Customer Service and then moving on to Purchasing. She took some time off to stay at home with her two young girls and is now excited to be back working in a field she loves.
Tim Brown – Regional Manager (Springfield, PA) joined the All Points family in July 2017. In his two decades of industry experience, Tim has been involved in almost all aspects of the field from head fish catcher to regional sales for manufacturers and distributors. Tim loves to talk pets and business and with his recent stint as a regional sales manager for a retail chain, he has a fresh understanding of the needs and challenges of today’s pet store.
Our primary role is to create sales solutions for our pet product manufacturers. We focus on being influencers to create enthusiasm and support of our brands within the distributor community and larger regional retailers. We focus our manpower on the top 20% of the pet product dealers that make up 80% of the sales volume.
We have a dedicated, loyal, and fun-loving team that prides themselves on finding sales solutions for a true win/win for the manufacturers, distributors and retailers we serve.
In the end? It’s not about All Points Marketing. It’s about you, the retailers, distributors, and manufacturers that help make up the wonderful pet industry.
